Logan is Walking! Trip to Great Wolf Lodge! Valentine's Day! and First Hair Cut!

January and February were busy months!

Logan started walking at 12 1/2 months.  This was right around the same time as Addison and Kaitlyn.  The girls were so anxious for him to start walking even though they didn't quite understand what that means for them.  That means he can walk into their rooms at any time and can start opening doors.  He was at home in the kitchen when he first took his 8-10 steps.

We were supposed to go to Texas at the end of January for a trip to the Dude Ranch in Texas with my work and all of the families.  We were all so excited to go to the Dude Ranch because it is just so much fun.  But... due to Covid my work changed it to not be a work trip and many of the families decided not to go and therefore we decided to make the long trip if we weren't going to be able to see everyone and hang out with the other families.  We told the girls we would take them somewhere fun since we didn't get to Texas and so we decided to take them to Great Wolf Lodge.

We had a blast and Logan loved the water.  I loved watching the girls play with Logan and experience his first real water play.

This is a picture from the Great Wolf Lodge Arcade. I think he had a blast looking at all of the lights.

Addison and Kaitlyn loved playing with him on the slides!

Him experiencing the water slides.  Logan also loves watching other kids right now.

Mama and my Kaitlyn in front of the cozy fire.  Notice we are still having to wear masks.

The family of five! Sometimes it is still hard to believe.   We had a wonderful time at Great Wolf Lodge.

Logan loved this See Saw and he did not want to get off.  This was his first time wearing Floaties.  He was not a fan.

Notice what Logan is sitting on!  It is Remi.  Logan knows no personal space when it comes to Remi.  He loves her!

Date Night!  Addison and Josh going on a date!

I braided her hair for the occasion.

Yes, if we take our eyes off of Logan for a minute we may find him sitting on the middle of the kitchen table or in the bathroom sink!

It snowed!!!!  Look at my beautiful girls!!  This picture was actually taken at Kim's.  They went over there to sled with Sawyer and Reid.

Yes, Logan crawling and sitting in the drawer

Again, Logan sitting on Remi.

Look at Logan walking!!

Valentines Day!  We always take Nana and the girls out for Valentine's.  Notice Logan's snazy sweater. I think she is trying to get his shoes on.

Aren't they beautiful!

We usually dress up.  I love this picture!!

Kaitlyn and her Daddy!

Logan's first haircut!  The lady asked if I could have him watch something on my phone because he kept turning his head and watching her scissors and clippers.  I found a video singing "Baby Shark" It did the job for a few minutes

And there's his new hair cut!!

Mimi and Poppy found a new house to buy that is closer to us and this is the day we signed the contract on it.  We went to eat Mexican of course afterwards in Landrum and isn't this picture adorable!

Logan at his one year checkup

Logan weighs about 24 pounds and his height is in the 95% as well as his head.

Logan still loves to drive and play with the steering wheel

Due to Covid, Football season was moved to the winter and because of this Addison got to do Football Cheerleading.  Usually Cross Country would be at the same time as Football and she would not get to do Football Chearleading.  She enjoyed it.  They had reduced seasons for all of the sports but they at least got to do them.  Notice they are having to wear masks.

Logan loves to sit on little chairs or stoops.  He is playing with Daddy's shoes.
