Logan Turns One !!!!!

Logan Turned One Year's Old!! The year of 2020 sure has had a lot of obstacles but Our family will remember it for the year God brought us a blessing child. After having two miscarriages and not wanting to get pregnant again due to chance of another miscarriage and me getting “old” God had a different plan. I remember having to give God the baby in my stomach so many times because I couldn’t carry the worry myself. God more than answered our prayers in a healthy baby boy that we are so thankful for. The Covid shutdown has had many drawbacks but one thing it did allow for was a slower year for us to enjoy the little things of having a baby in the house. This year would have looked much different if all the sports had been full swing with the girls. Logan is his mama’s boy sometimes but oh how he loves his Daddy! Logan is crawling everywhere really fast but not quite walking. He has taken 6 steps so far. He can say mama, dada, nana, and bye-bye. He loves food and makes a real...

Time is flying! We did our annual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving and then went to Nana's for lunch.  We didn't go shopping on Thanksgiving Day like we have in the past due to the stores not being open.  Mimi and Poppy kept Logan at home for us to go shopping early on Black Friday.  We got a good bit of shopping done with Addison, Kaitlyn and Jenny.  The lines were not near as long as normal due to COVID.  Mimi and Poppy brought Logan later to the mall and he got to ride in a cool car/stroller. Addison continued in her Cross Country Season.  She made it to the Division/Conference Championships and did real well.  The meets were on Tuesday and it was freezing outside every Tuesday.  We bundled Logan up and he enjoyed being out there.  Nana and Jeff came to most of her meets and watched Logan while Kaitlyn and I ran around screaming for Addison.   The girls have been in Gymnastics weekly and are enjoying that.  Logan has been s...

Halloween 2020- What does that look like?  We weren't sure but we decided to invite people over for hotdogs not knowing who would come but we did have a good bit show up and then we went trick-or-treating afterwards.  There weren't near as many people out this year but we had great fellowship with our friends.   Addison picked out her outfit with aunt Jenny. She was a Stick Man and Kaitlyn decided to be a Hippie.  We bought two outfits at Goodwill because she couldn't decide and so I decided to wear the other one.  We got Logan's outfit at the Kid's consignment sale and it just happen to be a Tiger.  He was an adorable Tiger! Time is flying too fast. Logan is already 9 months old and I keep taking his month-mark pictures late partly because I have to admit he is a month older.  We are still just eating him up.  I am so thankful for family and all the time we have been able to spend recently with Mimi and Poppy.  They have be...
