Thanksgiving, Christmas, 10 months old!

Time is flying! We did our annual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving and then went to Nana's for lunch. We didn't go shopping on Thanksgiving Day like we have in the past due to the stores not being open. Mimi and Poppy kept Logan at home for us to go shopping early on Black Friday. We got a good bit of shopping done with Addison, Kaitlyn and Jenny. The lines were not near as long as normal due to COVID. Mimi and Poppy brought Logan later to the mall and he got to ride in a cool car/stroller.

Addison continued in her Cross Country Season. She made it to the Division/Conference Championships and did real well. The meets were on Tuesday and it was freezing outside every Tuesday. We bundled Logan up and he enjoyed being out there. Nana and Jeff came to most of her meets and watched Logan while Kaitlyn and I ran around screaming for Addison.

The girls have been in Gymnastics weekly and are enjoying that. Logan has been standing more on his own but still not walking. He will try to walk a step and then sit down and crawl. He is still sleeping well. We found out that he is going to have to have his circumcision revised in the next few months. He is still taking 5 bottles a day. We are weaning him to 4 bottles a day and then mixing in real milk. He has 5 teeth now! They have all came in really fast. He didn't get his first tooth till 9 months and now he has 5. Teething doesn't seem to have bothered him that much. He is still sleeping in our bedroom.

Kaitlyn thought it was time to give up her bunk beds and we got her a new big bed. Her new bed does take up more space in her room and doesn't leave space for Logan's Mini Crib so trying to think of the plan for Logan's crib.

Miranda took pictures of Logan for us. It was his first professional pictures. He kept crawling out of the photos but she still got some real good ones. Josh has a mustache in these pictures because his coworkers decided to grow out their mustaches for November.

Mimi and Poppy rented a house in Cedar Mountain near Dupont for us all to stay in. Brock and Miranda didn't get to come the first night because we had to confirm that Peyton did not have COVID. We had a fun time all together. We went on two hikes, ate spaghettis, opened presents and just hung out. It was pretty cold.

We went to Cracker Barrel as this is our annual tradition on Christmas Eve. Addison wanted to go at 11:00 am so that she could order off of the lunch menu and get her popcorn shrimp and dumplins. We then did our annual last minute shopping. Mimi and Poppy came up and spent the night so that they could spend Christmas morning with us. The girls slept pretty late on Christmas morning. Josh asked me to make apple turnovers and that took me way longer than I thought it would but they turned out pretty good. It snowed Christmas Eve! So we had a white Christmas! It was so neat!

The girls loved all of their presents. Kailtyn wanted all of hers wrapped. Addison asked for a Surf Board but it didn't come in time. Logan enjoyed his house that Santa brought. He didn't get the real hang of opening presents. I am thinking next year it will be a bigger deal.
