Asheville Christmas Parade

I wanted to take Addison to the parade this year because I thought she would have fun watching the floats and bands. And I was right she did have a good time. My mom came up this past Thursday to help with the girls so I could go to Bible Study Thursday night and then to watch them while I got a list of stuff done in the house before I go back to work. With the help of my mom I got all of our clothes caught up, our blinds shortened, blog updated, all of our furniture dusted, toys cleaned out, hair cut... I asked my mom to stay till Saturday so she could go with me to the parade to help with Kaitlyn so I could focus on Addison. Josh had to work the parade so that is why we usually go to the Asheville parade. I think Addison had a lot of fun. She was a little unsure about it at first but then she warmed up to it. She held her ears a lot when the bands or music was really loud. Kaitlyn slept through the whole thing. Here are some pictures.
I held Kaitlyn for a short time so Mimi could play with Addison
Addison waved to most of the people on the floats
Addison puts her hands on her ears when she hears loud noises or she is nervous
Kaitlyn didn't even flinch when the loud bands passed by
