Addison Lane, Kaitlyn Leigh, Logan Grant and Weston Kenneth

Addison is almost 15 months old and is officially off the bottle. Mission is partly accomplished. You see she doesn't necessarily hold the sippy cup herself everytime. Although, she is getting a little better each day. Addison amazes me each day with something new she does. I told her to go get daddy up one day this past week and she went straight from the kitchen to our bedroom, put her arms up on our bed and said " Daddy, Daddy." She has also started putting her books back up when I have told her to. Oh and how she loves her books. She loves to crawl up in any one's lap and for you to read to her. Her uncle Jeff has taught her where her belly button is. So if you ask her, " Where is your belly button Addison?" She pulls up her shirt and points to her belly button. We went to Garden City Beach, SC for a week at Memorial Day with Mimi, Papa, Aunt Amanda and Uncle Ted, and Aunt Miranda and Uncle Brock. We had a blast! We got to stay in a nice beach house within walking distance of the beach and it was perfect. Addison loved the beach. She didn't mind the sand one bit. She was a little skittish of the ocean but loved the pool! Addison is getting around very fast now. She can walk very well especially with her new little Saucony tennis shoes I got her. She is on cow's milk now but we are still working on getting off the sippy cup. Any suggestions are appreciated. We are now preparing for baby sister Kaitlyn Leigh to arrive. We have about 8 1/2 more weeks till she should get here. I know it will be here before we know it. We have two white cribs in the nursery now and had to move out the rocker. Addison is all over the place now. She can walk very fast around the whole house. She has ran from me a few times. Addison has just gotten over being sick for a week with diarreah and vommitting. I believe she has gotten a little too used to us holding her while she has been sick so I believe we will have to slowly remind her that she is fine playing by herself. I can't believe Addison is a year old today!! She had a wonderful turnout at her birthday party this past Saturday. I believe there were over 35 people total that came! She got many clothes, toys and socks. We are so thankful for all of her gifts. Tonight Josh and I took her to Cracker Barrell so she could have a pancake on her actual birthday. We sang "Happy Birthday" to her many times today and each time she smiled really big at us while we sang to her. Isn't this sweet! Addison with her aunt Kim. Well, I can't believe Addison is almost a year old!!!!!!!!!!!!! She gets more fun each day. She is getting more steady on her feet each day also. The most steps she has taken is about 15. She is sick right now along with mama. We found out on Monday that Addison had tonsillitis and then I am not sure what I have. I think it is just a head cold. Addison is taking an antiobiotic and seems to be feeling much better. Her cough doesn't sound too good but it doesn't seem to bother her. We are going today to look for plates and cups and decorations for Addison's birthday party. Josh hurt his back a few weeks ago so he would lay on the floor on a heating pad or an ice pack and then Addison would crawl all over him.
