Weston 3-6 months old

Weston lights up a room with his smile.  He smiles with his whole body.  He is easy going and lets everyone hold him. He is still sleeping through the night.  He goes down about 9:30 pm and wakes up around 6:30-7:00 am.  He loves his playmat and he learned to rollover on his back around 4 months.  He smiles all the time.   He is under the 50th percentile in weight and has been since he was born. We tried many bottles and landed on the Dr.Brown bottles.  Nana Kees the boys Mondays, Tuesdays,  and Thursdays.  Mimi and Poppy keep the boys on Wednesdays and then I have them home with me on Fridays.

At the end of January we drive to Texas for my work to go to a Dude Ranch with my PAX coworkers.  We broke down on the side of the road on the way there in Montgomery, Alabama.  We ended up spending the night in the car because Geico could not find a tow truck for us. It was quite the experience.  Weston and Logan did great.  We finally made it there the next day and we had a wonderful time at the Dude Ranch.   Logan loves acting like a real cowboy and everyone ate up Logan and Weston.  One coworker said he had no worries about Logan as he was one confident kid and he was not worried about him making things happen.   Everyone enjoyed holding sweet Weston.

Logan had his third birthday.  He loved his tractor cake and loved getting presents.  He also loved people singing him Happy Birthday.

Uncle Brock and Sheldon came and the two of them played together for hours.  Logan didn’t take a nap all day and then finally crashed around 10:30 pm.   Logan loved how his cake turned out but he didn’t eat much of it other than some icing.

Logan is still working on potty training, sleeping in his own bed and stopping the use of his pacifier.  We are working on him sleeping in his bed and have given him a choose of his own bed or with Addison and he always chooses to sleep with Addison. She loves the snuggles.

Addison went out for the soccer team and made the high school JV team.  Her coach said she has came so far this season. She barely k ew anything about the game when she started the season.  Kaitlyn went out for the middle school softball team and made it.   Unfortunately early in the season she got hit in the face with the ball and it left a pretty bad hematoma on her left cheek.

We are still in volleyball season for Kaitlyn.  We have gone to Knoxville, Atlanta twice, Alabama, and Gatlinburg.   This has kept us busy on the weekends.

Addison started her online driving course for her learner’s permit.

We put Weston in the nursery at church for the first time at 6 1/2 months old.  He got to where he would start babbling and cooing during the sermon.  He did just fine.  They said he didn’t cry at all.

Weston started sitting up by himself just a week or two ago at 6 1/2 months old.  He is also starting to get on all fours and rock back and forth.  We think he will be crawling soon.
