Well, I can't believe Addison is almost a year old!!!!!!!!!!!!! She gets more fun each day. She is getting more steady on her feet each day also. The most steps she has taken is about 15. She is sick right now along with mama. We found out on Monday that Addison had tonsillitis and then I am not sure what I have. I think it is just a head cold. Addison is taking an antiobiotic and seems to be feeling much better. Her cough doesn't sound too good but it doesn't seem to bother her. We are going today to look for plates and cups and decorations for Addison's birthday party.
Josh hurt his back a few weeks ago so he would lay on the floor on a heating pad or an ice pack and then Addison would crawl all over him. She had so much fun doing this and daddy of course loved it too!

Our friends Mark and Molly came over the other night and this is their adorable little girl Madeline. And this is Addison's new face that she is making.

We went downtown Greenville, SC a few weekends ago and we got to see Mimaw and Papa.

This is one of the first pictures I took of her standing. Isn't the dress adorable! This is Addison in the nursery at church. She climbed in the basket and had a good ole timeThe nursery workers saw the camera in my diaper bag and took a picture of her. They said she was having a blast getting in and out of the clothes basket.

I still remember seeing her first picture from the hospital that Kim sent me with her phone.

Well I can't believe Addison is 17 months old and Kaitlyn is a few days away from being 2 months old! We are all doing well. Addison is saying more and more words. She pretty much tries to repeat most of the words we say. Josh just keeps saying "She is so much fun". Addison is becoming more of a daddy's girl since I am always nursing Kaitlyn or picking up the house. She says "Dada" much more than "Mama." She now calls my father Papa and my mom Mimi. My father came up this weekend and if any of you know my father, of course, he bought us doughnuts. And Addison definitely knows the word doughnuts due to my dad. I am having to look for winter clothes for Addison so I am on the hunt for cheap winter outfits for her. Clothes are so expensive! 1 Year Old Birthday Party

I can't believe Addison is a year old today!! She had a wonderful turnout at her birthday party this past Saturday. I believe there were over 35 people total that came! She got many clothes, toys and socks. We are so thankful for all of her gifts. Tonight Josh and I took her to Cracker Barrell so she could have a pancake on her actual birthday. We sang "Happy Birthday" to her many times today and each time she smiled really big at us while we sang to her. Isn't this sweet! Addison with her aunt Kim. This is 4 generations and Addison was reaching for her aunt Kim. Here she wasn't being shy anymore. This was her personal cake and she wasn't sure if she could touch it. She petted it for a while and finally she ate some after I started feeding it to her. Addison and her very loved uncle Jeff. Notice how content she is in his arms. The Beach Trip

We went to Garden City Beach, SC for a week at Memorial Day with Mimi, Papa, Aunt Amanda and Uncle Ted, and Aunt Miranda and Uncle Brock. We had a blast! We got to stay in a nice beach house within walking distance of the beach and it was perfect. Addison loved the beach. She didn't mind the sand one bit. She was a little skittish of the ocean but loved the pool! Addison is getting around very fast now. She can walk very well especially with her new little Saucony tennis shoes I got her. She is on cow's milk now but we are still working on getting off the sippy cup. Any suggestions are appreciated. We are now preparing for baby sister Kaitlyn Leigh to arrive. We have about 8 1/2 more weeks till she should get here. I know it will be here before we know it. We have two white cribs in the nursery now and had to move out the rocker.
